Job Title: Data Entry Operator (Entry-Level) Males only
WhatsApp Orders Management: WhatsApp par aane wale sabhi customer orders ko check karna aur unki details collect karna.

System Order Creation: WhatsApp se mili hui order details (Fabric type, color, quantity, etc.) ko company ke system ya software mein accurately enter karna.

Customer Inquiry Handling: WhatsApp aur phone calls par aane wali customers ki basic inquiries (jaise price, stock availability, aur order status) ka politely jawab dena.

Data Accuracy: System mein entry karte waqt customer ka naam, address, aur billing details sahi se fill karna taaki delivery mein koi mistake na ho.

Coordination with Dispatch: Orders punch karne ke baad dispatch ya warehouse team ko notify karna taaki packing process shuru ho sake.

Daily Log Maintenance: Rozana kitne orders receive hue aur kitne process hue, uska ek simple record ya log maintain karna.

Call Handling: Customers ki incoming calls attend karna aur agar koi order mein issue ho toh use solve karne mein help karna.

Basic Technical Skills: Computer operate karne ki basic knowledge hona, specialy MS Excel, Google Sheets, ya company ka billing software use karna aana.

Problem Solving: Agar kisi order mein koi detail missing ho, toh customer ko call ya message karke detail confirm karna.

Team Work: Company ke baaki staff aur management ke sath milkar kaam karna taaki daily targets poore ho sakein.

Note for the Candidate: Yeh ek entry-level job hai, isliye agar aapko computer chalana aata hai aur aapki communication skills achhi hain, toh aap apply kar sakte hain. Fabric business ki basic training company provide karegi.
