A premium Abaya factory in Muscat is seeking a talented and experienced Abaya Designer & Factory Manager (Female) to lead our creative and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and innovate modern Abaya designs.
Oversee the full production cycle (cutting, stitching, embroidery, and finishing).
Manage the workforce and ensure strict quality control.
Coordinate with suppliers and source high-quality materials.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Abaya design and factory/workshop management.
Strong knowledge of stitching and embroidery machinery.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
