نبحث عن مدير مطعم ذو خبرة وكفاءة عالية للانضمام إلى فريق العمل

المهام والمسؤوليات:

* إدارة وتشغيل المطعم بشكل كامل والإشراف على جميع العمليات اليومية.
* إدارة المبيعات والعمل على زيادة الإيرادات وتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية.
* إدارة المشتريات والتعامل مع الموردين ومتابعة المخزون.
* الإشراف على فريق العمل وضمان جودة الخدمة والالتزام بمعايير التشغيل.
* إعداد التقارير الدورية ومتابعة الأداء والتكاليف.
* المساهمة في الحصول على عقود خدمات ضيافة وبوفيهات مع الجهات الحكومية والشركات والمدارس الحكومية والخاصة.
* بناء علاقات مهنية مع العملاء والجهات المستهدفة لضمان استمرارية العقود وزيادة فرص التعاون.

الشروط:

* خبرة عملية ومثبتة في إدارة المطاعم.
* خبرة في المبيعات والمشتريات وإدارة المخزون.
* قدرة على التسويق والتفاوض واستقطاب العقود والفرص التجارية.
* التواجد حالياً داخل سلطنة عمان.
* امتلاك رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
* امتلاك سيارة خاصة ( ضروري جداً )
* مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية واتصالية ممتازة.
* القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل وتحقيق النتائج المطلوبة.

Restaurant Manager Required

We are looking for a highly experienced and competent Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the full management and operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Manage sales activities, increase revenue, and achieve operational targets.
* Handle purchasing activities, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor inventory levels.
* Supervise staff performance, ensure service quality, and maintain operational standards.
* Prepare periodic reports and monitor performance, costs, and profitability.
* Contribute to securing catering and buffet service contracts with government entities, private companies, and public/private schools.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and target organizations to ensure contract continuity and create new business opportunities.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in restaurant management.
* Strong background in sales, purchasing, and inventory management.
* Excellent marketing, negotiation, and business development skills, with the ability to secure contracts and commercial opportunities.
* Currently residing in the Sultanate of Oman.
* Valid driving license.
* Own vehicle is essential.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve required results.
