Requirements:
Filipino nationality preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a florist or floral designer.
Ability to create bouquets, flower arrangements, and event decorations.
Good knowledge of flower care, handling, and maintenance.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).



Key Responsibilities:
Prepare fresh flower bouquets and customized floral arrangements.
Design floral decorations for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and other occasions.
Maintain flower freshness and proper inventory.
Assist customers in selecting flowers and gifts.
Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
