Job Opening: Remote Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator with previous experience in ocean freight, container shipping, customs clearance, or logistics operations.

Preferred Experience:

* Previous employment with a shipping line such as Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, or a similar company.
* Or experience working for a customs clearance office, freight forwarder, logistics company, or container shipping company.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire shipping process.
* Follow up with customers regularly and provide updates every 1–2 days, even if there are no major changes.
* Track vehicle shipments from purchase until final delivery.
* Monitor vehicle loading, container loading, vessel departures, arrivals, customs clearance, and delivery status.
* Coordinate with shipping lines, ports, and logistics partners to obtain the latest shipment updates.
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally in both Arabic and English.
* Keep accurate shipment records and maintain organized customer follow-up.
* Proactively notify customers of any delays or changes.
* Ensure every customer receives a smooth, transparent, and professional experience.

Requirements

* Previous experience in ocean freight, logistics, customs clearance, or container shipping.
* Strong knowledge of shipping documents such as Bill of Lading (B/L) and Delivery Order (D/O).
* Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and shipment tracking systems.
* Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Location: Remote (Work from Home)
