Description

Welcome and greet guests in a professional manner.
Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when required.
Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while following company service standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
Process customer payments accurately and issue receipts when required.
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure timely service.
Complete opening and closing duties, including table setup, cleaning, restocking, and preparing the restaurant for the next shift.
