Description

Prepare and cook sandwiches, Arabic dishes, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
Ensure all food is prepared fresh, presented attractively, and served on time.
Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and food presentation.
Prepare ingredients (mise en place) and ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.
Follow food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and expiry dates using FIFO stock rotation.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.
Minimize food waste and report stock shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
Assist in developing new sandwich and Arabic menu items as directed by management.
Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
