We are looking for motivated, confident, and customer-focused professionals for the following positions:

1. Immigration Counselor
Job Duties:
•Counsel clients regarding immigration, visa, and migration options.
•Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
•Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
•Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the process.
•Achieve individual and team sales targets.
•Maintain proper records and update client information.

2. Relationship Officer
Job Duties:

•Handle client enquiries related to immigration, work permits, study visas, and permanent residency programs.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
•Guide clients through the immigration process and explain documentation requirements.
•Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications accurately.
•Ensure all client documents are complete, valid, and compliant with immigration requirements.
•Coordinate with clients and internal teams for application processing and updates.
•Follow up regularly with clients regarding application status and pending documents.
•Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and payments in the CRM system.
•Achieve monthly sales and client conversion targets.
•Provide excellent customer service and resolve client concerns professionally.

3. Territory Manager – Sales
Job Duties:

•Develop sales and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
•Identify new customers and generate sales leads.
•Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
•Plan and execute sales activities to achieve targets.
•Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
•Prepare regular sales reports and ensure territory growth.

✅ Requirements – All Positions

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi language is a must.
• Good computer knowledge and basic MS Office skills.
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Customer-service mindset with strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
