Description

The ideal candidate must have ability to handle following responsibilities:

>>Review customer inquiries, drawings, and specifications.
>>Prepare accurate cost estimates for signboard manufacturing and installation.
>>Calculate material quantities (ACP, acrylic, aluminum, steel, vinyl, LEDs, etc.).
>>Estimate labor, fabrication, transportation, and installation costs.
>>Request and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
>>Prepare detailed quotations and tender documents.
>>Coordinate with the sales, design, production, and installation teams.
>>Conduct site visits when required to verify measurements and installation conditions.
>>Ensure estimates comply with customer specifications and company standards.
>>Monitor project costs and compare estimated versus actual expenses.
>>Maintain updated pricing databases for materials and labor.
>>Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
>>Negotiate prices with suppliers to achieve competitive project costs.
>>Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material take-offs.
>>Meet quotation deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
>>Assist in project handover by providing cost and scope details to the operations team.
>>Keep records of estimates, quotations, revisions, and awarded projects.
>>Stay updated on industry materials, fabrication methods, and market prices.
>>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local signage requirements during estimating.
