HIRING – PURCHASE MANAGER
Automotive Spare Parts

Salary: OMR 350 TO 400 per month

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, especially Toyota, Nissan, Infiniti, and Lexus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete purchasing activities for automotive spare parts.
- Source parts from Dubai and local suppliers and compare prices.
- Maintain good supplier and market contacts.
- Negotiate the best prices, quality, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
- Check part numbers, codes, brands, specifications, and compatibility.
- Prepare purchase orders and monthly purchase budgets.
- Monitor stock levels and purchase according to sales requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales and store teams for customer requirements.
- Check and post supplier invoices/vendor bills in Odoo or accounting software.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and received quantities.
- Follow up with suppliers for deliveries, shortages, returns, and warranty issues.
- Maintain supplier, product, part-number, and price records.
- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and stock control.
- Support the sales team and help arrange required parts quickly at competitive prices.
- Take overall responsibility for purchasing and related activities in the spare parts business.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Toyota, Nissan, Infiniti, and Lexus spare parts.
- Good knowledge of spare parts codes and part numbers.
- Good contacts with suppliers in Dubai and Oman/local market.
- Strong price-comparison and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Odoo/accounting and inventory systems is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
