Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and care for indoor and outdoor plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, lawns, and ornamental plants.
Perform regular watering, pruning, trimming, fertilizing, planting, and repotting.
Maintain plants in accordance with the hot and dry climate of Oman.
Monitor plants for pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and other health problems.
Operate and maintain basic irrigation systems, including drip irrigation and sprinklers.
Maintain lawns, flower beds, planters, green walls, and landscaped areas.
Keep gardens, plant areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
Follow proper plant maintenance schedules and ensure plants remain healthy and attractive.
Carry out routine maintenance and replacement of damaged or unhealthy plants.
Assist with landscaping installations and seasonal planting activities.
Follow safety procedures while handling fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and equipment.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a gardener or in landscaping/plant maintenance.
Good knowledge of plants, pruning, watering, fertilization, and pest control.
Experience with irrigation systems is an advantage.
Ability to work outdoors in hot weather conditions.
Physically fit, hardworking, punctual, and reliable.
Good attention to detail and a passion for maintaining healthy and attractive landscapes.
Experience in hotel, resort, commercial landscaping, or high-end residential projects will be an advantage.
