Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing software solutions using the Odoo platform. The Odoo Developer will collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

Customization and Development:

Design and develop Odoo applications and modules.
Customize existing Odoo modules based on business requirements.
Implement new features and functionalities in Odoo.
Integration:

Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and systems.
Develop and maintain data import/export processes.
Database Management:

Manage and optimize Odoo databases.
Perform data migration and transformation tasks.
Technical Support:

Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Code Review and Quality Assurance:

Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Perform testing and debugging of applications.
Documentation:

Create technical documentation for developed solutions.
Maintain documentation for configurations, installations, and customizations.
Training:

Train end-users on the use of Odoo applications.
Provide technical training to colleagues as needed.
Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python programming language.
Experience with the Odoo framework and development methodologies.
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and ORM concepts.
Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Team Collaboration:

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Adaptability:

Ability to adapt to evolving requirements and priorities.
Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:

Odoo certification is a plus.
Experience with other ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
