Job Summary:
The caregiver/nanny is responsible for the overall well-being, safety, and development of the children under their care. This includes creating a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment, and providing age-appropriate activities and experiences. The caregiver/nanny should also maintain open communication with parents and collaborate with them to ensure the best possible care for the children.

Responsibilities:

Child Care:

Provide attentive and high-quality childcare for children of various ages.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
Ensure a safe and secure environment for the children.
Daily Routine:

Establish and maintain a daily routine that includes meals, naps, playtime, and educational activities.
Assist with homework and engage in educational play.
Safety and Well-being:

Monitor and ensure the safety of the children at all times.
Administer basic first aid when necessary.
Create a nurturing and positive atmosphere.
Communication:

Maintain open and transparent communication with parents regarding the child's daily activities, achievements, and any concerns.
Collaborate with parents to address specific needs and preferences.
Household Duties:

Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children's activities, such as cleaning up after meals and organizing play areas.
Ensure cleanliness and order in the children's living spaces.
Transportation:

Safely transport children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and other scheduled appointments as needed.
Meal Preparation:

Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in childcare or related field.
CPR and first aid certification (preferable).
Ability to create a safe and stimulating environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for children.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
High school diploma or equivalent (some families may require additional education or certifications).
Working Conditions:

The caregiver/nanny may work full-time or part-time based on the family's needs.
Work hours may vary, including evenings and weekends.
May be required to travel with the family.
