Job Title: Customer Care Executives (2 Positions) – Visa Consultancy
Location: Mabela, Muscat, Oman
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are urgently hiring two Customer Care Executives for our visa consultancy office. Candidates must have strong communication skills, experience in telecalling, and the ability to handle clients professionally.
Position 1: Arabic Customer Care Executive
Requirements:
Native Arabic speaker
Good command of English
Experience in customer service or telecalling preferred
Ability to communicate professionally with clients
Position 2: Customer Care Executive (South Asian Languages)
Requirements:
Candidates from Pakistan, India, or Bangladesh
Must be fluent in Hindi or Urdu, along with English
Experience in customer service or telecalling preferred
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Key Responsibilities (Both Positions):
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Guide clients regarding visa services and procedures
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
Follow up with clients and maintain records
Coordinate with the team for smooth processing
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Additional Requirements:
Must be currently available in Muscat (Mabela area)
Immediate joiners are preferred
Salary:
To be decided based on experience and interview performance
