1. Client Consultation & Lead Conversion
Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess their immigration needs.

Explain available immigration programs and assess eligibility.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed clients.

2. Sales & Business Development
Meet or exceed sales targets by enrolling clients in immigration services.

Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach to generate new leads.

Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns to attract new clients.

3. Immigration Advice & Program Knowledge
Provide accurate information on immigration processes, visa options, and legal requirements.

Stay up-to-date on immigration policy changes, program updates, and regulations.

4. Application Coordination
Guide clients through the documentation and application process.

Coordinate with legal or processing teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

5. Client Relationship Management
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through transparent communication.

Handle client queries and provide support throughout the application lifecycle.

Maintain a client database and update progress on CRM systems.

6. Administrative & Reporting
Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of client communications and document handling.

Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

7. Team Collaboration
Work closely with immigration lawyers, case managers, and operations staff.

Attend internal training, team meetings, and performance reviews.
