Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation & Budgeting

Prepare and analyze cost estimates for building works.

Develop project budgets and monitor cost performance.

Tendering & Procurement

Prepare BOQs and tender documents.

Evaluate contractor and supplier bids for cost-effectiveness.

Measurement & Valuation

Measure quantities from drawings and verify on-site.

Prepare interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.

Contract Management

Assist in drafting and administering contracts.

Monitor contract compliance and manage claims or disputes.

Cost Control & Reporting

Track project expenses and ensure alignment with budgets.

Prepare regular cost reports for stakeholders.

Coordination & Site Support

Liaise with engineers, site teams, and subcontractors.

Conduct site visits to verify progress and measurements.

Basic Details

salary : 300-500 OMR

Experience : 3 Years

Location : Muscat

Qualification : Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
