We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.

Promote and explain products or services to customers clearly and persuasively.

Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner.

Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest.

Maintain records of calls and sales in a CRM or database.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
