Tele Caller – Uni Globe Consultants

Location:Al Ghubra, Muscat, Oman
Working Days:6 days per week
Working Hours:10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary:OMR 150–200 per month, depending on experience

About the Role.

Uni Globe Consultants is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Tele Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling provided leads, communicating with potential clients, and generating qualified meetings for our immigration consultants.

Key Responsibilities.

* Make a minimum of 100 connected calls per day.
* Generate a minimum of 5 confirmed meetings per day through calling.
* Calling data/leads will be provided by the company.
* Follow up with leads and potential clients professionally.
* Explain our immigration and visa services clearly to prospective clients.
* Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and meetings.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling and meeting targets.
* Coordinate with the sales/immigration team for scheduled meetings.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of work experience in a call center or 1 year experience in immigration consultancy is mandatory.
* Excellent communication and convincing skills.
* Good English communication skills.
* Target-oriented and confident on calls.
* Previous experience in lead generation, telecalling, or appointment setting is preferred.
