Description

We're Hiring – Telecaller (Immigration Consultancy)

Location: Muscat, Oman

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Call Center, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Tele Sales
Fluent in Hindi & English or Bengali & English
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Target-oriented and confident in speaking with clients

Key Responsibilities

Make 100 connected calls per day
Schedule meetings for immigration consultations
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain client records
Achieve daily and monthly appointment targets

Salary & Benefits

OMR 180 – 250 per month (depending on experience)
Attractive Sales Commission on successful client conversions resulting from meetings scheduled by you and closed by the consultant.
