- 5+ years of experience in interior fitout projects
- Strong project management and site supervision skills
- Ability to manage projects from conception to completion
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Proficiency in preparing BOQs, RFQs, and project reports
- Knowledge of Omani construction regulations and standards
- Experience with fitout materials, finishes, and MEP systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
