Position: Sales Executive
Location: Salalah, Sultanate of Oman
Job Type: Full-Time

Customer Engagement & Sales Growth:

• Identify and onboard retail, wholesale, and institutional clients across assigned territories.
• Promote the full range of sugar confectionery products, highlighting seasonal, premium, and fast-moving SKUs.
• Conduct regular client visits to build relationships, gather feedback, and secure repeat orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to territory growth plans.

Order Management & Fulfillment:
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and proactively communicate product availability or delays.
• Ensure proper documentation of orders, returns, and replacements.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
• Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
• Provide weekly sales reports, client feedback summaries, and demand forecasts to management.
• Recommend promotional strategies based on market insights.
Brand Representation & Merchandising:
• Ensure proper product display and branding at retail outlets.
• Support in-store promotions, sampling campaigns, and seasonal activations.
• Uphold company reputation through professional conduct and branded communication.

Compliance & Collections:
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Follow up on payments, credit limits, and overdue invoices.
• Maintain accurate client records, including contracts, NOCs, and delivery notes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Prior sales experience in FMCG, food, or retail sectors is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Proficiency in English, Arabic, and Hindi.
• Must be currently residing in Oman with a valid NOC.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory and order tracking.
• Valid Omani driving license.
