Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive with a strong background in heavy-duty truck spare parts. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of MAN, Mercedes-Benz, and Volvo truck components and proven experience in field sales. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets through proactive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new customers in the heavy truck spare parts market.

Visit workshops, fleet operators, transport companies, and garages to promote company products.

Present and explain product features and benefits for MAN, Mercedes, and Volvo truck parts.

Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals.

Maintain and expand the customer database within the assigned territory.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain good customer relationships.

Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.

Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales of heavy truck spare parts (preferably MAN, Mercedes, Volvo).

Strong knowledge of truck components, part numbers, and cross-references.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an outdoor sales environment.

Valid driving license (required).

Good communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, ERP/sales software preferred).
