Job Description:
- Travel within assigned sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
- Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer accounts.
- Educate customers on product benefits and usage.
- Promote and sell company products within the designated territory.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support brand-building activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers with queries and provide effective solutions.
- Ask relevant questions, offer product information, and record customer orders.
- Follow up on customer orders and ensure high satisfaction.
- Stay updated on inventory, product features, and availability.
- Communicate company policies and procedures clearly to customers.
- Report any potential risks or concerns to the manager proactively.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 2–5 years of outdoor sales experience in same Industry or FMCG.
- Fluent in English, Arabic & Hindi/Urdu is Mandatory.
- Valid Oman driving license is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Results-driven and able to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: 250 – 600 OMR per month based on Interview.
- Incentives based on sales performance
- Company provides Visa, shared accommodation, car, petrol, and mobile phone

Incentive Structure:
Sales Value 10,000 – 15,000 OMR : 1.00%
Sales Value 15,000 – 20,000 OMR : 1.50%
Sales Value 20,000 – 30,000 OMR : 2.00%
Sales Value 30,000 – 40,000 OMR : 3.00%
