Position: Commercial Executive

Location: Muscat, Oman

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Executive to join the Commercial Department of a commodity trading organization specializing in grain, animal feed, and food commodities (bulk and container-based).

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in commercial execution, client coordination, and commodity trading operations, particularly within the grain and animal feed sector.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily commercial activities related to grain and animal feed trading.

Manage and follow up on commercial transactions, contracts, and deliveries.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Ensure effective communication and timely follow-ups to support smooth operations.

Assist in budgeting, commercial documentation, and project tracking.

Conduct basic market analysis and support decision-making processes.

Provide administrative and computer-based support related to commercial operations.


Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in commercial roles within the grain or animal feed commodity trading industry.

Proven expertise in commercial execution and client follow-ups.

Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.

High attention to detail with analytical and organizational abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Candidates currently working in Oman in the same sector will be given priority.
