Lead Generation Executive – POS Software

The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for generating and managing qualified leads for the company’s POS software solutions across Oman. Initial client meetings and product demonstrations will be supported by office staff; however, the executive must ensure strong field presence, coordination, and continuous follow-up until successful handover to the internal sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Generate qualified leads for POS software (restaurants, , retail outlets, cafés, etc. )

2) Conduct field visits, cold calls, and market prospecting across assigned regions

3) Arrange and attend initial client meetings with support from office staff

4) Coordinate and support product demonstrations provided by office/technical teams

5) Maintain consistent follow-up with clients after meetings and demos

6) Update and manage lead status and follow-up reports

7) Handover qualified leads to the internal sales/closing team

8) Provide regular market and competitor feedback

Scope of Role:

1) Meetings & demos: Supported by office staff

2) Follow-up & coordination: Lead Generation Executive

3) Final negotiation & closure: Internal sales team

Mandatory Requirements:

1) Proven lead generation or sales experience in Oman

2) Valid Oman driving license

3) Strong knowledge of the Oman retail and F&B market

4) Good communication and coordination skills

5) Willingness to relocate and work in different parts of Oman as per company requirements

Preferred Skills:

1) Experience in POS / IT / software solutions

2) Field-oriented, presentable, and target-driven

3) Ability to manage multiple prospects efficiently
