Job Summary:

Al-Barraq Group of Companies is urgently hiring a Customer Care Representative (Female) to manage front desk operations and handle customer inquiries related to visa consultancy, travel services, ticketing, and hotel reservations. The ideal candidate should be professional, presentable, and fluent in both Arabic and English.



Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person visits
• Manage front desk operations and greet clients professionally
• Provide accurate information regarding visa processing, tourist visas, and travel services
• Assist customers with ticket booking and hotel reservations
• Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction



Requirements:
• Female candidate (Arab native preferred)
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional attitude
• Previous experience in customer service or front desk is an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp handling, etc.)



Salary:

Depends on experience
