Company Overview

We are a growing and reputed company in the Sultanate of Oman, engaged in the automobile, heavy equipment, and machinery sector. We are expanding our Rental Division and looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead and develop our rental business across Oman.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Rental Division Manager with strong knowledge of the Oman market, especially in heavy equipment and machinery rentals. The ideal candidate should have an established customer network, strong commercial skills, and proven experience in managing rental operations, sales growth, fleet utilization, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the Heavy Equipment Rental Division across Oman.
Identify business opportunities and generate new rental contracts from construction, oil & gas, logistics, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
Build strong relationships with contractors, project companies, government entities, and corporate clients.
Prepare rental strategies to maximize fleet utilization and revenue.
Manage pricing, quotations, tenders, and contract negotiations.
Supervise day-to-day rental operations including dispatch, delivery, returns, and service coordination.
Monitor fleet condition, maintenance schedules, and equipment availability.
Lead and motivate sales and operations teams to achieve targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Ensure timely payment collection and coordinate with finance team.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Prepare monthly business reports, forecasts, and management updates.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in heavy equipment / machinery rental business, preferably in Oman or GCC market.
Strong knowledge of Oman rental market, major contractors, and industrial customers.
Proven track record in business development and achieving rental revenue targets.
Experience in handling equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, cranes, forklifts, generators, compressors, boom lifts, etc.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of rental software / ERP systems is an advantage.
Valid Oman driving license preferred.
Arabic language knowledge is an added advantage.
