Job Role : Business Development Executive
Location : Al Ghubra, Muscat.

We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our Immigration Consultancy firm.

This is a pure sales role, and only candidates who are confident in handling targets and working in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment should apply.


Job Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads into successful clients
Conduct client consultations and explain immigration programs clearly.
Promote and sell immigration services including PR, Work Permits, Study Visas, and Investor Visas.
Maintain daily follow-ups with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.
Handle client queries and provide accurate immigration guidance
Maintain proper CRM/lead tracking and reporting.
Coordinate with internal documentation and processing teams
Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Ensure all sales activities are aligned with company compliance and process guidelines.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in Immigration Sales, Insurance Sales, or Banking Sales.

High School education required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
