Description

We are looking for a motivated and professional Office Administrator / Business Support Executive to join our team in Muscat.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update the company's social media platforms.
- Coordinate office administration and daily business operations.
- Handle external duties, including visits to banks, government offices, Sanad offices, and other authorities.
- Attend customer meetings and provide administrative support.
- Prepare and organize company documents, applications, and correspondence.
- Follow up on company-related transactions and client requests.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Farsi (Persian) language is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media management.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Valid Oman driving license is an advantage.
- Previous experience in office administration or customer service is preferred.
