LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Oman

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Law.
• Experience in Real Estate transactions and documentation is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of legal administration and contract management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with lawyers, clients, and government authorities.
• Candidate must be available in Oman.
• Immediate joining preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents and contracts.
• Assist in commercial and real estate transactions.
• Coordinate with clients, lawyers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Maintain legal records, licenses, and compliance documents.
• Follow up on approvals, registrations, and legal correspondence.
• Ensure accurate filing and document management.
• Support management with legal and administrative tasks.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of legal processes.
