Sales Executive – WPC Fittings

Position: Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell WPC fittings and related furniture products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build customer relationships, and experience in the building materials or plumbing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell WPC fittings and related products to dealers, contractors, and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market visits to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to management.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in plumbing, sanitary ware, building materials, or hardware products.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Valid driving license (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
