Description

Supervise and lead the barista team to ensure smooth daily café operations.
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
Train, coach, and evaluate new and existing baristas on beverage preparation, customer service, and hygiene standards.
Monitor coffee quality, consistency, and presentation to maintain brand standards.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO.
Ensure all coffee machines, grinders, and equipment are clean, maintained, and functioning properly.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, health, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Prepare daily sales, wastage, and stock reports, and coordinate with management to improve café performance.
