Description

1 Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational inquiries, managing and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner 2 Monitors/Execute the sales process Log incoming enquiries into ZOHO CRM => Assign enquiry number=> Identify the supplier=>Get Supplier Quote=>Generate SQ 3 Follow up with customers on SQ 4 Upon receipt of PO from Customer, coordinate with Order management Department for generating SO. Ensure the supplier PO are placed on time. 5 Coordinate with supplier for the production/Stock items. Obtain the Delivery lead time and coordinate with the client. 6 Coordinate with Logistic agents and ensure the deliveries are properly tracked, and also ensure hastlefree border clearance 7 Coordinate with department concerned for VAT payment, Asigning clearing agents, Customs and duty payments etc. 8 Responsible for marketing activities of entire product range. 9 Assisting the Marketing head for Product registration/Approvals with the end user. 10 Coordinate with our Principals for the promotional activities, ensure that we have enough marketing tools like brochures, samples, etc 11 Identify the customers, give presentations about the product wherever required. 12 Identify and inform the management if you foresee the potentials of brand promotional activities. 13 Establish a strong relationship with Cunsultants, Contractors and End Users. 14 Coordinate with vendor management department of major end users and make sure that our products are approved and ensure that our approvals are valid/renewed 15 Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
