This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers, as well as driving sales through effective e-commerce strategies and collaboration with the marketing team. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with technology, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:


1. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers and businesses that align with the company's target market. Utilize various methods, such as online research, social media, email marketing, and networking, to generate high-quality leads.

2-Prospecting: Reach out to leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce the company's products or services, understand their needs, and qualify them as potential customers.

3-Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase the company's products or services and explain how they address the potential customer's pain points and meet their requirements.

4-Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with leads through regular follow-ups and personalized communication to build trust and rapport, ensuring the company remains top-of-mind when they are ready to make a purchasing decision.
5-Sales Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing with potential customers to close deals while maintaining a win-win approach that meets the company's objectives and satisfies the customer's needs.

6-Closing information ands through the sales process, addressing their concerns, providing necessary information, and encouraging them to make a purchase decision. Active work towards converting
leads to paying customers.
