About Us:
Carmel Trading & Services SPC is a well-established trading and service provider in Oman. We specialize in the sales and distribution of heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, spare parts, and related services. With growing operations in Muscat, Salalah, and Sohar, we are currently seeking an experienced Sales Head / Sales Manager with a strong background in the heavy equipment or automotive industry.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales operations across assigned branches (Muscat, Salalah, Sohar)
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to boost performance and productivity
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare sales reports and provide performance feedback to management
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales service

Requirements:
• Maximum 5 to 10 years of experience in a Sales Manager or equivalent role, preferably in Oman or GCC.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (Malayalam is an added advantage)
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and team management
• Valid Omani driving license is a plus

Minimum Education for Sales Manager / Sales Head:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred for Sales Head)
