Description

Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist the HR Manager in daily administrative tasks.
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job ads on portals and social media.
• Assist new hires with joining formalities and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and databases with updated personal and job-related information.
• Maintain HR files, employee attendance, leave records, and other personnel documents.
• Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave data.
• Assist with filing and maintaining compliance documents as per company and legal requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for employees’ HR-related questions and concerns.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in HR or administrative support role.
