Job Summary:
We are urgently looking for a dynamic and well-organized HR Assistant to support daily Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong HR background, practical experience in Oman, and the ability to handle recruitment, employee coordination, and HR administration efficiently.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (screening, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding)
Prepare and maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
Support visa processing, joining formalities, and contract preparation
Coordinate employee attendance, leave, and payroll data
Handle staff queries related to HR policies and procedures
Assist in employee relations and issue resolution
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
Support performance management and appraisal documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
Prepare HR reports and updates for management
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2 to 3 years of HR experience
Minimum 1 year of HR experience in Oman
Good knowledge of HR operations and Oman Labour Law
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Well-organized, professional, and presentable
Ladies are preferred
