We are a fast-growing construction company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office administration and daily paperwork
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain and organize project files and records
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic reports
Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and clients
Schedule meetings and assist with project documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Experience in the construction industry is a strong advantage
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
