SEEKING an exceptional Female Operations Assistant to drive seamless execution across our electronics retail showroom, client-facing operations, and legal support functions. This role demands a high-caliber professional with sharp intellect, adaptability, and proven systems mastery to own end-to-end responsibilities under direct CEO oversight. Ideal candidates excel in dynamic environments, leveraging IT proficiency to optimize processes and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily showroom operations: inventory tracking, ERP/POS oversight, supplier coordination, and performance reporting to minimize dead stock.
Lead client interactions: handle inbound calls, schedule and attend meetings, negotiate sales, close deals, and nurture repeat business in a trust-driven Omani
Support Handroot operations: execute client meetings, service diagnostics, upselling accessories/repairs, and ensure warranty compliance for sustained revenue.
Assist legal firm activities: organize case files, draft correspondence, track deadlines, and coordinate with stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality and Omani legal standards.
Drive IT integration: manage website updates, troubleshoot hardware/software (computers, laptops, POS systems), implement AI tools for automation
Execute CEO directives: prepare data-driven briefs, SOP drafts, checklists, and action plans; monitor staff accountability via payroll/attendance systems
Cross-functional oversight: analyze margins/cash flow from reports, flag risks (e. g. , slow inventory, compliance gaps), and propose optimizations for profitability.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience without certificate)
2+ years in operations/sales support, ideally in retail electronics or client services.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (e. g. , Odoo), AI tools, and basic web management.
Exceptional communication (English/if Arabic), negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Oman driving license preferred; flexible for fieldwork and flexible timings.
Detail-oriented, discreet, and able to thrive under pressure with minimal supervision.
