Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect / Interior Designer to independently manage architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to final execution.
- Prepare layouts, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, space planning, and interior designs.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, material selections, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure work follows approved drawings and design standards.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, technical details, and resolve site issues.
- Lead and guide junior architects, designers, visualisers, and draftsmen.
- Handle client communication, design revisions, project deadlines, and deliverables.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in both architectural and interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office.
- Strong technical detailing, space planning, and construction documentation skills.
- Experience in client handling, site coordination, and team leadership.
- GCC experience, particularly Oman/UAE/Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.
- Experience in commercial, hospitality, corporate, villa, or luxury residential projects is an advantage.
- Portfolio is mandatory.
