Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. The Manager will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing inventory, and increasing sales. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food service management, good knowledge in the local language (Arabic) ,strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the staff, scheduling, and performance management
Ensure excellent customer service is provided to customers at all times
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work closely with the owner and other managers to develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a cafe or restaurant environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling standards
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred
