Description

We are looking for suitable HR Manager for the following Tasks:

Payroll processing. • Assessing employees' weaknesses and addressing them. • Evaluating employee performance and encouraging development and performance improvement. • Supervising relationships among employees within the organization. • Acting as a liaison between employees and company management. • Verifying applicants' experience, qualifications, and necessary skills during job interviews before forwarding to the general manager. • Resolving issues between employees and management. • Organizing, leading, and evaluating training programs. • Updating job descriptions and qualifications for all positions in the company. • Developing plans and procedures related to employees within the company. • Updating, analyzing, and developing the payroll budget in coordination with the operations manager and general management. • Preparing employee evaluation programs and continuously updating them. • Participating in meetings held within the company. • Paying attention to employee safety, care, and well-being. • Providing administrative services in full accordance with the corporate culture. • Hiring new employees selected based on required standards, qualifications, and the company's needs. • Encouraging the workforce to achieve the best results. • Preparing annual payroll statements and surveys. • Preparing and periodically reviewing employee contracts to ensure compliance with rights and obligations. • Others as needed. . .
